Hallettsville City Park Playground

Hallettsville City Park offers something for everyone. Park amenities include several play sets including a playground for young children and a newly installed playground designed for older children from ages 6-13, tennis courts, new exercise stations, a half-mile walking path, beach volleyball courts, covered basketball courts, picnic pavilions, as well as a 9-hole golf course, baseball, softball, and little league fields, and youth center. Golf Course
Hallettsville Golf Course

The Hallettsville Municipal Golf Course is a 9-hole, par-36 layout facility located in the City Park along Highway 77 North. The Course is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. During daylight savings time the clubhouse stays open until 8:00 P.M. The clubhouse is located in the center of City Park next to the Historic Hanging Tree.

Greens fees are $12.00 Tuesday through Thursday and $18.00 Friday through Sunday. Carts are available for rent.

The Annual Kolache Klassic tournament is on the third weekend of July. For more information call (361) 798-9908 or email hallettsvillegolf@yahoo.com.

Youth Center
Hallettsville Youth Center

The youth center is available to rent for youth related activities ages under 18 only. Rental fee is $75 for three hours and $15 for each additional hour thereafter.

Baseball, Softball, and Little League Fields
Hallettsville Baseball Field

City of Hallettsville baseball, softball, and little league fields are located at the north end of the City Park and are maintained by the City of Hallettsville Public Works department in cooperation with many volunteers who devote their time and energy to ensure that Hallettsville has great fields for league play, high school athletics, and tournaments. Over the years the fields have undergone several improvements including the installation of turf on the baseball infield.
