Q: What are City Hall’s hours of operation?

A: The City Hall lobby is open to customers from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M., and the City Hall phones are answered from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Q: Where is City Hall located?

A: City Hall is located on Hallettsville’s historic square at 101 N. Main Street, Hallettsville, TX 77964. 

 Q: When is cut-off day?

A: Normally, cut-off day occurs on the 18th day of the month, this can vary depending on if the 18th day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday. 

Q: When is the last day I have to pay my utility bill? 

A: Normally, the last day to pay your utility bill is the 17th day of the month,  this can vary depending on if the 17th day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday. 

Q: What are the hours of operation for the transfer station?

A: The transfer station hours of operation are: Monday, 8 A.M – 4 P.M., Wednesday & Saturday, 8 A.M. – 12 P.M.
